2-point calibration report for refrigerator +2°C and +8°C
What is calibration?
Calibration is the process of comparing a thermometer to a reference standard based on ITS-90, the official publication of the International Temperature Scale from 1990.
Method
We have the loggers certified by the supplier. They place the thermometer sensor in their own certified equipment, which can accurately generate a certain temperature, from -80°C to +155°C.
By then looking at what the thermometer indicates, we can establish a possible deviation. The laboratory has extensive testing facilities including temperature baths, dry blocks and a climate chamber.
ISO 17025
The company that performs the certification (Re5al BV) is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited for the calibration of temperature measuring instruments. They therefore use ISO 17025 certified loggers and measuring equipment.
The measurement process is validated, so you can use traceable results in your own quality control or assurance process.

Recalibration
If you have previously had products calibrated by us, you are automatically included in the recalibration service.
One month before the recalibration date expires, you will receive a call by email from our partner Re5al BV to have the product recalibrated. The temperature loggers, transmitters, sensors and thermometers are checked at 2 calibration points as standard.
You can specify the recalibration period on the order form. If you do not specify anything, we will note this as standard at one year.
If you offer products for (re)calibration, the lead time is 5 to 8 working days. Please contact us for planning before sending products.
Bridging rent
IceSpy MR loggers and other temperature loggers:
While we calibrate your logger, you can rent another logger as a bridging measure.
Send an email to [email protected] with the number of loggers you wish to rent.
The rental costs per logger are € 20.00.
